【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanstandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisetherisksduetothehazardslistedinclause4,whichcanariseduringoperationandmaintenanceoffixedbeltconveyorsandsystemsasdefinedin3.1to3.2.4anddesignedforcontinuouslyconveyingloosebulkmaterialsfromtheloadingpoint(s)totheunloadingpoint(s).Requirementsforelectromagneticcompatibilityarealsocovered.1.2Thisstandardappliestouseinambientairtemperaturesof-15°Cto+40°C.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotcover:a)useinopencastligniteminingoruseunderground,suchasinminesortunnels;b)useinpublicareasorforman-riding;c)floating,dredgingandshipmountedequipment;d)conveyorsrequiringahighlevelofcleanlinessforhygienereasons,e.g.indirectcontactwithfoodstuffsorpharmaceuticals;e)conveyorsusingamovingbeltwithotherthanacontinuousrubberorpolymericsurfacefortheconveyingmedium;f)transportationoftheconveyor;g)thedesignofthesupportingstructurewhichisnotpartofaconveyor(see3.2);h)theeffectsofwind;i)hazardsresultingfromhandlingspecifichazardousmaterials,(e.g.explosives,radiatingmaterial);j)hazardsresultingfromcontactwithorinhalationofharmfulfluids,gases,mists,fumesordust;k)biologicalandmicro-biological(viralorbacterial)hazards;l)hazardsduetoheatradiationfromthematerialshandled;m)hazardscausedbyoperationinelectromagneticfieldsoutsidetherangeofEN61000-6-2:1999;n)hazardscausedbyoperationsubjecttospecialregulations(e.g.explosiveatmospheres);o)hazardscausedbynoise;p)hazardscausedbytheuseofionisingradiationsources;q)hazardscausedbyhydraulicequipment.Thesafetyrequirementsofthisstandardapplytoequipmentandsystemsplacedonthemarketafterthedateofpublicationofthisstandard.NOTEDirective94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
