【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodfortestinginternalcombustionenginesintendedforpropulsionofearth-movingmachineryasdefinedinISO6165.Itappliestoevaluationofperformancewithaview,inparticular,topresentingcurvesofpowerandspecificfuelconsumptionatfullloadasafunctionofenginespeed.Theenginesmaybenaturallyaspiratedorpressure-charged.Itappliestonetpowerassessment.ThisInternationalStandardconcernsinternalcombustionenginesusedinearth-movingmachineryandincludedinoneofthefollowingcategories:-reciprocatinginternalcombustionengines(spark-ignitionorcompression-ignition)butexcludingfreepistonengines;-rotarypistonengines.Theseenginesmaybenaturallyaspiratedorpressure-charged,eitherusingamechanicalpressurechargerorturbocharger.NOTE-ThisInternationalStandardprovidesenginepowercorrectionfactorsinconformitywithISO1585:1992.

【摘要】:ThisStandardestablishesmethodologyforspecifyingandtestingtheperformanceofCNCmachiningcenters.Inadditiontoclarifyingtheperformanceevaluation,thisStandardfacilitatesperformancecomparisonsbetweenmachinesbyunifyingterminology,generalmachineclassification,andthetreatmentofenvironmentaleffects.Itprovidesaseriesofteststhatshouldbeusedtoperformacceptancetesting(runoff)ofnewandreconditionedmachinesandcouldbeusedtoverifycontinuedcapabilityofproductionmachines,alreadyinoperation,throughperiodictesting.ThesetofacceptancetestsandthespecificationlimitsformachineconformanceshallbethesubjectofcontractualagreementbetweentheSupplierandtheUser.ThisStandardisrathercomprehensive;therefore,forsmallerandlessexpensivemachinestheconformancetospecificationscouldbebasedonarecommendedsubsetofteststoevaluatemachineperformance.
