【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60730appliestoautomaticelectricalburnercontrolsystemsfortheautomaticcontrolofburnersforoil,gas,coalorothercombustiblesforhouseholdandsimilaruseincludingheating,airconditioningandsimilaruse.Thispart2-5isapplicabletoacompleteburnercontrolsystemandtoaseparateprogrammingunit.Thispart2-5isalsoapplicabletoaseparateelectronichigh-voltageignitionsourceandtoaseparateflamedetector.Separateignitiondevices(electrodes,pilotburners,etc.)arenotcoveredbythispart2-5unlesstheyaresubmittedaspartofaburnercontrolsystem.RequirementsforseparateignitiontransformersarecontainedinIEC60989.Throughoutthispart2-5,whereitcanbeusedunambiguously,theword"system"means"burnercontrolsystem"and"systems"means"burnercontrolsystems".Systemsutilizingthermoelectricflamesupervisionarenotcoveredbythispart2-5.1.1.1Thispart2-5appliestotheinherentsafety,tothemanufacturer'sdeclaredoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithburnersafetyandtothetestingofautomaticelectricalburnercontrolsystemsusedin,on,orinassociationwith,burners.Requirementsforspecificoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequencesaregiveninthestandardsforappliancesandequipment.Systemsforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthispart2-5.Thispart2-5appliestosystemsusingNTCorPTCthermistors,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJ.EN60730-2-1isnotapplicable?toburnercontrolsystems.Thispart2-5doesnotapplytosystemsdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.1.1.2Thispart2-5appliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithautomaticcontrols.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanautomaticcontrolarecontainedinIEC61058-1.Throughoutthispart2-5,theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".1.2Replacement:Thispart2-5appliestosystemswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding660Vandwitharatedcurrentnotexceeding63A.1.3Replacement:Thispart2-5doesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrol,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuser,orsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturerapplies.Thispart2-5includessystemsresponsivetoflameproperties.1.4Replacement:Thispart2-5appliesalsotosystemsincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexH.
