【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforthecomponentsofbolt/nut/washerassembliesfornon-preloadedstructuralboltingandfortheassembliesthemselves.Itappliestobolts(includingscrews,studsandstudbolts)andnutsmadeofcarbonsteel,alloysteelandstainlesssteelwiththefollowingpropertyclasses:-boltsmadeofcarbonsteelandalloysteel:4.6,4.8,5.6,5.8,6.8,8.8,10.9;-nutsmadeofcarbonsteelandalloysteel:4,5,6,8,10,12;-boltsmadeofausteniticstainlesssteel:50,70,80;-nutsmadeofausteniticstainlesssteel:50,70,80;-ifappropriate,washersaccordingtohardnessclassHV100orHV200.NOTEThepropertyclasses4.8,5.8and6.8maybesubjectedtolimitationsofuse,itisrecommendedtorefertoprEN1090-2.ThestandardappliestothreadsizesfromM12toM36andtotheassociatedwashersbutdoesnotprecludetheuseofothersizes.BoltedconnectionswithcomponentsaccordingtothisEuropeanStandardareabletobeshearand/ortensileloaded.Bolts,nutsandwashersaccordingtothisEuropeanStandardarenotnormallyintendedforwelding.
