【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60068providesastandardprocedurefordeterminingtheabilityofaspecimentowithstandspecifiedseveritiesofnon-repetitiveorrepetitiveshocks.Thepurposeofthistestistorevealmechanicalweaknessand/ordegradationinspecifiedperformances,oraccumulateddamageordegradationcausedbyshocks.Inconjunctionwiththerelevantspecification,thismaybeusedinsomecasestodeterminethestructuralintegrityofspecimensorasameansofqualitycontrol(seeClauseA.2).Thistestisprimarilyintendedforunpackagedspecimensandforitemsintheirtransportcasewhenthelattermaybeconsideredtobepartofthespecimen.Ifanitemistobetestedunpackaged,itisreferredtoasatestspecimen.However,iftheitemispackaged,thentheitemitselfisreferredtoasaproductandtheitemanditspackagingtogetherarereferredtoasatestspecimen.WhenusedinconjunctionwithIEC60068-2-47,thisstandardmaybeusedfortestingpackagedproducts.Thispossibilitywasincludedinthe2005versionofIEC60068-2-47forthefirsttime.Thisstandardiswrittenintermsofprescribedpulseshapes.GuidancefortheselectionandapplicationofthesepulsesisgiveninAnnexAandthecharacteristicsofthedifferentpulseshapesarediscussedinAnnexB.Whereverpossible,thetestseverityandtheshapeoftheshockpulseappliedtothespecimenshouldbesuchastoreproducetheeffectsoftheactualtransportoroperationalenvironmenttowhichthespecimenwillbesubjected,ortosatisfythedesignrequirementsiftheobjectofthetestistoassessstructuralintegrity(seeClausesA.2andA.4).Forthepurposesofthistest,thespecimenisalwaysmountedtothefixtureorthetableoftheshocktestingmachineduringtesting.NOTETheterm“shocktestingmachine”isusedthroughoutthisstandard,butothermeansofapplyingpulseshapesarenotexcluded.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.
